Xitomate Cocina Mexicana & Tequila Bar, with locations in Snowden Commons in Columbia, MD and in Turf Valley Towne Square in Ellicott City, MD, serves fresh and flavorful Mexican fare. From our guacamoles, sopas, ensaladas, ceviches, quesadillas, tamales, flautas, chiles rellenos, burritos, enchiladas, tacos and fajitas, you are assured of an authentic experience. Our wide variety of signature dishes feature chicken, steak, lamb, and seafood and fish including shrimp, salmon and tilapia. Vegetarian options and vegan preparations are also available. Desserts emphasize tasting portions of caramel flan, tres leches cake, churros, empanadas, among other traditional dishes. To accompany your meal, our bar spotlights an extensive selection of tequila (including flights), margaritas, sangrias, wine and beer. Non-alcoholic offerings include a variety of waters, juices, and Mexican bottled sodas as well as horchatas (Mexican rice milk) and Mexican coffee. Xitomate serves lunch Monday-Friday 11AM-3PM and dinner 7 days a week. We offer brunch on Saturdays and Sundays 10AM-3PM, featuring huevos rancheros and other egg dishes, crepes, waffles and corn cakes, as well as our bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Marys.
